The Check My Claim tool lets you view up-to-date information about your physical damage claim online. You can track progress, review coverage and liability details, see upcoming appointments, and find your adjuster’s contact information.

Available to registered owners with personal vehicle claims made after May 5, 2023.

This service is currently available Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
